Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects in San Diego from inception to completion. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site safety, coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in multifamily PM, strong knowledge of codes, OSHA standards, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with project management software, preferably Procore.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on site.
• Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and address any issues.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and communication effectively.
• Prepare and review bid proposals, ensuring all costs are accounted for and reasonable.
• Implement best practices in project management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
