You will own operations, documentation, and field workflows, driving milestones across all construction phases with full authority over project administration.

The role requires 5+ years in ground-up multifamily construction, strong Procore and CPM scheduling skills, and the ability to read technical blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in ground-up multifamily construction project management.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute from technical blueprints and civil plans.
• Proficiency in construction administration tools and CPM scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end administration and operational execution for multifamily building projects.
• Manage digital project records, submittals, RFIs, and change orders in Procore.
• Coordinate between site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and cost allocations to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular site walk-throughs to verify progress, safety, and quality standards.
