Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multifamily and apartment construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, quality, and safety while maintaining client relationships and achieving company goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial construction, 5+ years managing multifamily projects, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM tools, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commercial construction with 5+ years on multifamily/apartment projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain; PMP/CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multifamily and apartment construction projects.
• Develop and optimize project schedules and critical path activities.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and quality standards.
• Implement jobsite safety programs and conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay apps timely.
• Inspect site progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and promote a collaborative culture.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and tech.
• Support business development with constructability input and cost estimates.
