Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Project Manager to plan and manage construction activities from conception to completion at a Maryland jobsite, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors and site staff, review plans, oversee subcontracts and payments, monitor progress, and report status to executives.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, construction projects
• 3rd party general contractor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction activities move according to schedule and hold weekly status meetings with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Coordinate efforts of all parties involved (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, laborers).
• Maintain adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Daily inspection of construction site for codes and safety compliance.
• Study job specifications to determine construction methods.
