Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction activities from concept to completion at a Baltimore-area jobsite. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, quality and safety oversight, and contract administration.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and staff, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. A four-year degree and 5+ years of project management experience in construction are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, construction projects.
• 3rd party general contractor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep construction activities on schedule and report delays by monitoring progress and leading weekly status meetings.
• Coordinate efforts of clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Maintain strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Daily site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Study job specs to determine construction methods and plan coordination.
• Prepare subcontracts and negotiate revisions or additions.
• Manage budget, track expenses, and minimize project risk.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments; ensure complete documentation.
• Serve as key client liaison and review deliverables before client delivery.
