Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to support the Property Manager by delivering quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and reliable maintenance services across properties. You will supervise vendors, respond to service requests, and help ensure safety and code compliance.

The role requires hands-on ability in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance, plus a valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certificates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and basic repairs.
• Assist with inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintain building systems, fire safety and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues.
• Keep logs and reports up to date.
