Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating) to support the Property Manager and deliver on our commitments to residents. This role focuses on quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and supervising vendors to ensure service quality.

The candidate maintains building systems, grounds, pools, and common areas, is on-call for emergencies, and adheres to safety rules while providing professional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school preferred.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Assist with inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintain mechanical systems, fire systems, and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professionalism.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and address safety procedures.

Skills

Valid Driver’s license

EPA 608 Type II

CPO or local city required certificate

Education

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
