Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Complete daily work orders and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain curb appeal and safe, clean properties for residents.
• On-call availability after hours and travel to trainings as required.
• Assist neighboring properties and procure supplies from vendors as needed.
