Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. in Missouri seeks a skilled maintenance technician to join our property management team. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across 250+ communities, ensuring safe, well-maintained housing for residents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or related settings, strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, and knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE inspections. HVAC EPA Type II certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, repairs, and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues and other building systems.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete daily work orders and assist neighboring properties as needed.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Travel to regional training as required.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
