Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a dynamic maintenance professional to service our apartment communities and rental subdivisions.

You will perform unit turns, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards. Requirements include 3+ years in multifamily or commercial maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building systems; a High School diploma; willingness to travel locally and assist neighboring properties;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
• Knows plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Familiar with REAC/INSPIRE-style inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently to maintain property condition.
• Maintain curb appeal and proactive upkeep of common areas.
• Complete daily resident work orders and respond to requests.
• Be available for on-call duties after hours as needed.
• Bring and use applicable maintenance tools for repairs.
• Assist with unit make-readies including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Participate in quarterly preventive maintenance checks and training.
• Travel to regional or corporate trainings as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
