Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management (FWM) oversees maintenance for over 250 apartment communities and rental subdivisions. We seek proactive professionals who tackle drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance repairs with a keen eye for detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making unit turns, performing preventative maintenance, and staying available for after-hours calls while ensuring safety and quality across properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry systems, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make readies ensuring timely completion (painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning).
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Transport supplies from area vendors while operating a registered, insured vehicle.
• Reports to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate training/conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report health and safety concerns to manager.
