Job summary

JES Holdings’ Fairway Management (FWM) seeks a Maintenance Tech II for Rolla, MO. This full-time role runs 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call after hours and overtime as needed.

You will perform unit turns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general maintenance to keep communities in excellent condition. Requirements include a High School diploma and 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE prep, and the ability to lift 55 lbs and operate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and travel for training when required.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure units are prepared quickly with tasks like painting and cleaning.
