Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties. You will oversee the preparation of apartments, respond to service requests, and manage diverse maintenance tasks to ensure quality living spaces and resident satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, along with a valid driver's license and safety compliance. Travel between properties is expected as part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA 608 Type II or higher; CPO certification preferred.
• Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures knowledge.
• Must comply with state/local housing laws and codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning to ensure quality units.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks across a range of trade areas.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, pools, and amenities.
• Support on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the property manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Travel between properties as needed; comply with safety policies.
