Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Seattle. The role oversees maintenance operations, ensures quality move-ins, and delivers excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, supervising trades, and maintaining common areas while complying with safety and housing regulations. A valid license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and other trades.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Attend training as required by Cushman & Wakefield and authorities.
