Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Washington. You will ensure timely maintenance, contribute to move-in readiness, and deliver high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include repairs across trades, preventative maintenance, and on-call coverage. Must have a valid license, and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification to support compliance and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Provide on-call emergency response when needed.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety codes.
• Document preventative maintenance and inspections.
