Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in the Portland area. You will supervise on-site maintenance, coordinate move-ins, respond to service requests, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality for residents.

You’ll lead preventative maintenance, supervise grounds and common areas, and participate in training while upholding company safety rules and state housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments through painting, cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues impacting budget (life safety, damages, vacancies).
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Follows state and local housing laws, codes, policies, and systems.
• Attends training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions.
• Provides superior customer service and professional representation at all times.
