Job summary

GL Partners Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our apartment communities in Seattle, WA. You will supervise a maintenance team, manage unit turns, inspections, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and quality across all workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager in multi-family housing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills with a hands-on approach.
• Solid technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related disciplines are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and service.
• Manage unit turns, inspections, and preventive maintenance with precision and care.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, and inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards in line with OSHA and company policies.
• Partner with the Community Manager to foster resident satisfaction and team collaboration.
