Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. The role focuses on preparing market-ready apartments, delivering quality move-ins, timely service, and personal attention to our residents to drive satisfaction.

You will respond to resident requests, manage a range of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, pools, and grounds), handle on-call emergencies, comply with housing laws, and coordinate preventative maintenance with property managers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 - Type II or CPO or local city required certificate.
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Knowledge of housing laws, codes, and safety systems.
• Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally.
