Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, and safety systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and manage on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintain common areas.
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Coordinate safety and life-safety procedures and document maintenance activities.
