Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in the Winchester area. You will coordinate routine and on-call maintenance, ensure quality move-ins, and uphold safety standards across apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, managing preventive maintenance, and staying compliant with housing regulations while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO or local certificate as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and schedule tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Attend required safety trainings and comply with housing laws.
