Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor to service resident units and common areas. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and maintain life safety systems to ensure a quality living environment.

The role requires 3+ years of on-site multifamily maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and travel between properties may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in on-site multifamily maintenance.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of safety policies and codes when performing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Completes resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains various systems: plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state/local housing laws and safety standards.
