Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs).
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Adhere to state/local/federal housing codes and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
