Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. The role oversees maintenance, ensures quality move-ins, drives resident satisfaction, and delivers timely service with a focus on safety and compliance.

The position requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with on-call shifts and travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting budget or safety to the manager.
