Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily property in Salisbury, MD. You will manage upkeep, respond to resident requests, and perform routine maintenance across trades to ensure a quality living environment.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and site travel are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II (or CPO) certification required or local equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain market-ready apartments including painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and maintain safety standards.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and perform on-call duties as needed.
• Adhere to state/local housing codes and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
