Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily to manage on-site maintenance, move-ins and resident service quality across multifamily properties. You will respond to service requests, supervise staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely repairs.

Requirements include 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification or relevant equivalent.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and safety compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records.
• Maintain knowledge of safety policies and housing regulations.
• On-call emergency response as needed.
