Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company currently seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role emphasizes leadership, budget awareness, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with vendors and staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance with proven supervisory ability, strong trades knowledge, and familiarity with Yardi for work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects are completed accurately and timely according to WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff on trades and equipment.
