Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily communities. You will oversee daily maintenance, plan turns, and supervise a team, ensuring quality workmanship and safe operations.

You will train staff, coordinate with vendors, manage preventive care, and maintain budgets while adhering to WBPC standards and policies. A strong hands-on background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; property management exp. preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Excellent communication with management, vendors and residents; able to give and receive work direction.
• Proficient with basic hand tools, electrical tools, and general repairs.
• Valid driver's license; able to operate a vehicle.
• Must be available for on-call work and emergency overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards and timelines.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff on trades to assess function and determine repairs or replacements.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff for daily activities, turns, and common area upkeep.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Lead safety and department meetings; communicate goals and expectations clearly.
• Conduct regular property safety inspections and train staff in safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Manage department budget; bid specifications and cost controls for major projects.
