Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising the maintenance team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires extensive hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades, plus strong communication and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding diagnosing electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, partners, subordinates, vendors or residents.
• Operates small hand and electrical tools; basic electrical, carpentry, painting and minor repairs.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license; on-call and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family community to ensure quality and timely work.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff daily across trades.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Lead safety and department meetings; participate in regional meetings and community events.
• Conduct regular safety inspections; train staff in safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Apply preventive care and timely repairs to protect long-term asset condition.
• Maintain department budget; negotiate bids; ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Review service requests and make-readies using Yardi Mobile; ensure timely closure.
