Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a team, manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance with property management exposure and strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The role emphasizes proactive asset care, safety compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expertise across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair.
• HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
• Proficient use of basic computer tools and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects are completed on time to WBPC quality standards.
• Maintain and update all service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades for proper operation and repair.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff for daily activities and turns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA standards.
