Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial leadership, team development, and strong customer relations.

You will manage daily activities, schedule and supervise staff, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality repairs and improvements. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position within a growing property group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors, and residents to give and receive directions.
• Experience operating basic hand and electrical tools and small machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance projects and make-readies meet WBPC quality standards.
• Track and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Train maintenance staff on trades and safety practices.
