Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at a multi-family community. You will oversee Make-readies, service requests, and safety compliance while mentoring staff and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in trades, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules in a fast-paced environment across on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, staff, vendors and residents to give and receive directions.
• Expert skills with small hand and electrical tools; basic computer skills; valid driver's license.
• Must be available for on-call work and emergency overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities, turns, and repairs.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate expectations clearly within the team; participate in meetings and events.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain budget awareness and ensure maintenance work aligns with cost targets.
• Oversee safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance across operations.
