Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will oversee a team, schedule turns and repairs, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with vendors for installations and services.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related trades, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience; property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to complete make-readies and service requests accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot and train staff on trades, ensuring safe, compliant repairs.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance, turns, and grounds cleaning; enforce safety policies.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; communicate goals and expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance and repair work; manage budget and cost controls.
