Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will supervise trades, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes team leadership, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and timely completion of make-readies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop a maintenance team.
• Expert understanding of basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Certifications in HVAC, EPA, and CPO are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff in daily operations, turns, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations and service work.
• Ensure safety training and compliance across the maintenance team.
• Monitor make-readies and maintenance projects to WBPC quality standards.
