Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will oversee make-readies, preventive maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality work.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, and the ability to train staff and respond to urgent requests, including after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience, property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities and turns.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Manage service requests and make-readies to meet WBPC quality standards.
