Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a team, manage service requests, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with vendors, train staff across trades, and ensure timely completion of make-readies and projects while maintaining WBPC's quality standards. This role is based on-site and requires strong leadership and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' related maintenance experience; property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, partners, subordinates, vendors or residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects are completed accurately and timely according to WBPC quality standards.
• Maintain and update all service requests using Yardi Mobile until assignment is completed and closed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades.
• Plan, schedule and supervise the maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, and common area cleaning.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce company policies, procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work; inspect completed work for quality and conformance.
• Participate in department or regional meetings and community events; lead safety and department meetings with staff.
