Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. You will lead on-site upkeep, respond to resident requests, and coordinate preventive maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and safety systems.

The role requires a 9-6 on-site schedule, on-call availability, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service for residents and property managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related on-site multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required by city/area.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance functions: plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety, and general upkeep.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Handle on-call emergencies as needed.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the property manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety policies.
• Participate in required training and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
