Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Midland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities. You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, coordinate with leasing staff, and ensure move-ins meet quality standards while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and grounds maintenance, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of housing laws and life safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (paint, carpet, repairs, housekeeping).
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance work.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas; ensure safety.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance; document it.
• Ensure compliance with state/local housing codes and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Provide superior customer service and professional representation.
