Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, respond to resident service requests, and ensure quality move-in readiness and reliable, courteous service for residents.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, grounds and common-area upkeep, on-call emergency support, and compliance with applicable housing laws and safety policies. A valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, and common areas.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records such activities.
