Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to ensure quality move-ins and high resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests and oversee maintenance tasks across apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating with property management to keep properties in top condition. Requires 3+ years of related experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade/technical/vocational training.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Adheres to state/local/federal housing laws and safety policies.
