Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the Multifamily property Southwinds Point in Stockbridge, GA. You will lead maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and ensure quality service for a superior living experience.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds upkeep, with on-call emergency support and compliance with housing regulations. You will coordinate preventative maintenance and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 - Type II or CPO or local city required certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and housekeeping to ensure quality.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry duties.
• Perform pool maintenance and grounds upkeep (pools, dog parks, landscaping).
• Handle on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Report budget-impacting issues to manager (life safety, damages).
• Schedule and record preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and Cushman Wakefield policies.
