Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Stockbridge, GA. The role focuses on delivering quality move-ins, responding to resident needs, and ensuring high levels of customer service and safety on-site.

The technician performs essential maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep, while supporting on-call duties and adherence to safety policies. Training programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.
• Must be able to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support to ensure quality move-in experiences and resident satisfaction.
• Perform plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and pet amenities in safe condition.
• May be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor and complete scheduled tasks on time.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company tool/equipment policies.
