Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties in Buford, GA. You will perform on-site repairs and respond to resident needs to ensure a high-quality move-in experience.

Key duties include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, with on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. A High School diploma and 1+ year of related experience are required, plus EPA 608 Type II and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
• EPA 608 Type II certification and/or CPO or local city certificate

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and related trades.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Attend training and follow safety procedures; on-call for emergencies when required.
