Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical and carpentry skills
• HVAC and CPO certifications highly desired
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• On-call and weekend work availability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident work orders and maintenance requests
• Oversee repairs and routine upkeep for common areas and units
• Manage inventory and maintenance supplies within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety practices
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors and the Community Manager
• Assist with cost control by repairing rather than replacing where feasible
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolution
