Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Duluth, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties. The role oversees move-in readiness, resident service requests, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergencies to uphold high standards of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include common area upkeep, basic trades, safety compliance, and coordinating with property leadership to maintain budgeted programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• EPA 608 – Type II certification or CPO preferred.
• EPA 608 – Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and general housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Maintains various maintenance functions (plumbing, pool, AC, heating, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety).
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting budget and operations to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance; maintains records.
