Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an experienced Sr. Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities in the El Paso area. You will oversee maintenance staff, ensure move-in readiness, and deliver high resident satisfaction through timely service and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities include apartment prep, responding to service requests, and preventative maintenance. Qualifications require 3+ years’ experience, EPA/ CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of safety codes and housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repairs, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and housing laws.
