Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Attends trainings and follows safety policies.
• Represents Cushman & Wakefield professionally to residents.
