Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties in the Euless, TX area. You will oversee prep of market-ready apartments, perform routine maintenance, and respond to resident requests to ensure high service quality.

The role covers a broad range of skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Care for grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and routine safety issues.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, codes, and safety standards.
• Attend trainings and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
