Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in the Phoenix area. You will oversee prep of market-ready apartments, perform repairs, and ensure timely service to residents.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems, and valid driver's license. EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification is preferred; travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Familiarity with life safety systems and housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Attend required training and ensure safety policies.
