Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to deliver timely maintenance and outstanding resident service across our properties in Florida. You will supervise on-site maintenance teams, coordinate move-ins, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing resident service requests, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergency response, while adhering to local housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of state, local housing laws and codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Respond to maintenance issues and ensure safety and quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
