Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient level of computer skills, including strong abilities with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• High attention to detail, highly organized and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and analyze data from property owners, borrowers, lenders and third party sources to prepare mortgage loan submissions per Agency standards.
• Execute the due diligence process, organize deal checklists and coordinate with Closing to fund transactions.
• Inspect properties and assess physical and economic conditions with supporting presentations.
• Review third party reports for compliance with Agency requirements.
• Analyze borrower entities and financial statements ensuring Know Your Customer standards are applied.
